3. uterine horn의 확인 및 견인

① thumb forceps(tissue를 잡는 겸자 종류)을 가지고 linea 또는 external rectus sheath를 작고 왼편의 복벽을 집어올린다.

③ovarian vessels을 찢지 않도록 주의하면서, kidney 근처에 있는 suspensory lig.를 신장시켜서 끊어낸다.
