Making cabinet replacements piecemeal sets Roh apart from his predecessors, who used to conduct a sweeping reshuffle when they felt the need to change the image of their administrations and get off to a fresh start. Roh refuses to use cabinet changes for such a purpose.
(노무현 대통령의 내각 교체를 조금씩 해나가는 것은 이전 대통령들이 그들의 행政府(정부)의 이미지를 變化(변화)시키고 새로운 출발을 해나갈 必要性을 느꼈을때 대대적인 개각을 단행했던 것과는 구별되는 것이다. 그는 현재 오는 일요일 2~3명의 정도의 내각 관료를 교체할 예정이다.
